These people make surprisingly delicious pasta that I did not expect in a strip mall. The dishes seemed a bit pricy, but the portions are huge so it’s still a good value. Chicken Parmesan was fantastic with tender, crispy cutlets. Their red sauce is flavorful and chunky as homemade sauce should be. My wife’s Fettuccine Alfredo had perfectly cooked pasta and the sauce was a good consistency with plenty of cheese. The garlic knots were a bit tough but I did get them towards the end of the night, so no fault there. I was, however, disappointed in their desserts. The cannoli filling tasted more like runny cake icing than sweet ricotta. The tiramisu was just cake. It was not tiramisu at all, no lady fingers to be seen. Overall I’m still very happy with this restaurant and look forward to trying more of their menu soon. Unfortunately, I’ll have to stay away from their desserts.
Caputo's of Saratoga is home to my FAVORITE pizza in the area! The crust is delicious and thin, but not too thin. Ordering slices at the counter, there are so many choices, and the slices are HUGE. Meals like chicken parm or fettuccine Alfredo are also very good. Service is quick, staff are friendly, and the prices are good. Editing my review two years later to add a photo of a GIANT slice of buffalo chicken Mac & cheese.
Should show a better rating of 4.0 on this site. I’ve been here many times. No complaints about the food or service. I’ve been taking back on the price lately, but I guess that's just a sign of the time. Great variety of pizza. I can’t imagine anyone disliking this place. If it was in a better location I think it would be famous!!!
I have been on a quest forever to find NYC style pizza, that tastes good. Well, on this day I found it, a long with a large assortment of different toppings. If you have never been here, I encourage you to go. You won't be disappointed.
1/2 Pepperoni & 1/2 Meatball pizza was perfect (w/ x-cheese!!). Meatball slices are the real deal, not just some crumbles. Excellent quality at a reasonable price! (Photo is from the next day, leftovers- reheat in oven at 200 till it's hot.. Mmmm, good stuff.)

Outstanding huge creative slices! Tons of toppings on a perfectly thick crust with a thin outter crust with toppings to the edge. Amazing sauce and cheese- way NY pizza use to be made!
The food is very well prepared here You always get a nice size container with a lot of food that tastes very delicious. I've never once had a bad experience from Caputo's. I ordered from there usually once a month and it never lets me down. Keep up the good work I would recommend this place to anybody!
